It maintains flexibility (still bendable at -60°C), which is better than fluororubber (FKM).
Fluorosilicone rubber (FVMQ) combines the high and low temperature resistance of silicone rubber and the oil/solvent resistance of fluororubber, and is suitable for extreme environments such as aviation fuel and chemical media. Ordinary silicone is not oil-resistant, and fluororubber has poor low-temperature performance.
Raw film is an unvulcanized raw material (containing reinforcing fillers, cross-linking agents, etc.), which needs to be molded/hot-pressed to form the final product; the vulcanized material has stable physical and chemical properties (such as oil resistance and temperature resistance)
